What to expect when you call Water Out.

  Inspection and Assessment

  We will thoroughly inspect your property's damage, determining the type of water damage and the areas affected.

  Water Removal / Extraction

  To minimize secondary damage, it's critical that we use pumps and specialized vacuums to remove any standing water and start this process as soon as possible.

  Structural Drying / Dehumidification

  We use specialized equipment along with less intrusive, scientific drying methods to locate and dry the remaining water from your property and all affected belongings.

  Monitoring

  We will continually monitor the moisture levels in your property and make strategic changes throughout the drying process to ensure your property is restored quickly and effectively.

  Cleaning and Sanitization

  We will clean, sanitize, and remove odors using industrial air scrubbers and fogging equipment when needed.

  Restoration

  The last step is restoring your home or business back to its pre-water damage condition. The restoration step can be relatively minor, such as replacing a few drywall panels, or could include major reconstruction, such as rebuilding entire rooms of a home or business.
