Priority Response Emergency Planning (PREP)
The Priority Response Emergency Planning Program consists of a partnership in which we work with you to develop an emergency/disaster response plan. It allows our Water Out team to provide a better overall experience for you, our customer, should a disaster or catastrophic event strike because all of the logistics are taken care of ahead of time. We have a plan going into a loss, know how to handle the loss, and can get to work quickly because we are all on the same page before our Water Out crews arrive on-site.
